Q1.How to proceed an order for led light?
A: First,Please tell me your relevant parameters.such as package size,power,votage,current,color temperature etc.If you have special require,Please kindly tell me ,we will note in producting.In additional,if you don't know the all parameters,Please don't worry,we will base on our usege and relevant information,we will supply your need as soon as possible.
Secondly, we will recommend our product and give you a quote according to your requirements and check the shipping cost according to your post code. At the same time, we will check whether there is stock for you and tell you how long it will take to ship. If you place an order, we will start production for you and then ship it to you.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:If we have in stock,Sample needs about 2 days,it is quikly.please don't worry,Usually mass production time needs about 8-12 days according to the order quantity .we will product it as soon as posibble.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?What's the Payment way ?
A: MOQ is 100pcs for each model. We accept T/T Paypal Wechat and Western Union four ways payment.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5.Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
